My property photography service is designed to make your company stand out in a crowded market.
There’s nothing like poor quality photography to damage the success of local property-based businesses. Businesses like hotels, architects and luxury home builders.
You can write as much as you like about how great your houses, rooms or premises are. But it’s the images that make potential customers pick up the phone or click to book.
Capturing the right shots that enhance the key features is the difference-maker when it comes to inbound enquiries into your business.

I work with architects, property business-owners, house-builders, interior designers and hoteliers.
My work includes images for hotels, B&B’s, high-end homes and more.
I’m also an accredited Air BnB photographer.
I’m based at PE28 2FT and cover the local area of Cambridgeshire working with businesses in places such as Huntingdon and St Ives.
I also cover a wider area, regularly working in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Property Photography?
Property photography could be referred to as photography of any building, but this type of photography in particular refers to homes, hotels, bed & breakfasts and more. Property photography is usually used a lot by estate agents that are trying to sell homes, as they want the properties they sell to look as amazing as possible. And hotels/bed & breakfasts want their accommodation to look as lovely as possible, so that people want to stay. This is something I can help with.
Where can I share my Property Photographs?
Your property photographs can be shared anywhere, from social media to leaflets and brochures. Properties being sold online on a website like Rightmove are likely to need good looking images to make the property stand out. If the main goal is to sell the property, then you need good images to help push that sale. These photographs could also be used as advertisement material on social media, to share properties with people that are close by.
Why pay for Property Photography?
A poor photo of a property can make it look much worse than it actually is. A beautiful, well-lit photo with different angles can make a property look amazing, and easily sellable.
How should I prepare the property/properties for the photoshoot?
To prepare for a property photoshoot, we should discuss your vision and specific shot list in advance. You should also make sure the property is clean and well-maintained, and consider any staging or styling that may be needed to showcase the property.
It can highly depend on the property itself on what needs to be done to increase its presentation for a photoshoot. The best way to move forward with preparation is to have a discussion on what needs to be done! However, there are some things that you can do to help prepare the property before I arrive:
- Open all curtains/blinds to let in as much light as possible
- Ensure interior lights are working properly (in case it’s a grey day) to make your home look warmer
- Remove any clutter from rooms
- Remove any pet items like food and water bowls, dog crates and litter trays
- Close all windows
- Clean every room in the house
- Straighten furniture
Photographs are also better taken in the daytime, rather than at night.
What types of properties can be photographed?
Property photography can be used for a wide range of properties, including homes, apartments, commercial buildings, and land.
How long does a property photoshoot typically last?
The length of a property photoshoot can vary depending on the size and complexity of the property. A typical property photoshoot may last anywhere from a few hours to a full day.
