How long does a property shoot take?
For a standard 3-4 bedroom home, a shoot typically takes 45–60 minutes. Larger estates or architectural projects requiring twilight/styling will take longer.
Do you offer blue-sky replacements?
Yes. If the British weather doesn't cooperate, I can replace grey skies with blue ones in post-production to ensure your listing looks its best.
What is the turnaround time?
Photos: 24 hours.
Video: 48 - 72 hours (depending on the edit complexity).
Drone: Delivered with your photos.
Do you offer videography services?
Absolutely. I often capture property video tours for my estate agents. I have also showcased the work of interior designers, staircase manufacturers, and house builders via video.
