Clients tell me the same two things: they relaxed the moment I turned up, and they forgot the camera was even there. My priorities are simple: put people at ease, take great photos, make people happy.

Some moments need a steady hand and a bit of direction. Others just need me to stay out of the way and capture them as they happen. After fifteen years, I know the difference - and that's usually where the best photos come from.
I started out shooting nightclubs, so low light and a busy room have never fazed me. Since then it's been weddings, boardrooms, festivals, award nights - a barn full of rowdy guests or a room full of nerves, I've handled it before. Whatever your day throws up, chances are I've already seen it, and know how to capture it.

The photographer behind the camera
I've been shooting across Cambridgeshire since 2010 - weddings, boardrooms and live stages. When the scene's moving fast (a live act mid-set, a royal walkabout, a CEO with five minutes) experience is what gets the shot, calmly, while everyone else is still working out where to stand.
Over the years that's meant photographing Deborah Meaden, Craig David and royal visits, work featured in The Times, and a few awards along the way.
